3. Subscription Plans & Payments

• We offer Freelancer (Free), Starter ($9.99/month), Growth Package ($49.99/month), and Premium Package ($99.99/month).
• Payments are processed securely via our payment providers.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date.
• No refunds are issued for partial usage or mid-term cancellations.

4. Free Trial

• We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
• Users can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

5. Acceptable Use

By using Ancoia, you agree NOT to:

• Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Share or sell your account access.
• Upload harmful content such as malware or spam.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

6. Account Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
• Ancoia is not liable for any unauthorized access due to weak passwords or compromised credentials.

8. Affiliate Program

• Affiliates earn 25% commission for referrals.
• Commissions are paid out based on completed sales.
• Fraudulent or self-referral activity will result in account suspension.

• We are not responsible for any business losses, service interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from platform use.

10. Termination & Cancellation
